Although it is a newly established
organization, DIPRO is already achieving results typically seen in institutions
with many years of experience. With a clear vision to enhance the quality of
professional education and empower health and education practitioners, DIPRO
has begun its journey with confidence — and the impact has been immediately
visible.
In its first months of activity, DIPRO
successfully organized two professional trainings in Kosovo, dedicated to
nurses and other health professionals. These trainings were delivered in
webinar format, enabling wide and flexible participation.
The first training, “Nursing Practices and
Clinical Skills in Menopause Management,” introduced a modern approach to care
and clinical management during this significant stage of women’s health.
Meanwhile, the second training, “Health and Psychosocial Challenges of
Adolescence,” addressed a highly important topic for clinical practice and
educational interventions.
Both trainings were accredited by OIK, and
each was awarded 6 credit points, adding real professional value for
participants. Every attendee will receive an individual certificate for each
completed training — a testament to DIPRO’s commitment to quality and
transparency.
Following this promising start, DIPRO is
now preparing its third professional training, scheduled for 13 December 2025.
Interest is already high, and the DIPRO team is dedicated to providing an even
richer and more impactful learning experience.
With careful steps, sincere dedication, and
concrete results, DIPRO demonstrates that success does not depend on how long
an organization has existed, but on its vision, professionalism, and
commitment. And this is only the beginning.
